N.B. Syncopation is not normally a feature of Irish music. The 2 small notes in bar 3 are an example of Ornamentation, a very important feature of Irish music. The version that we have listened to (on the March page) is unaccompanied, another important example of a feature of Irish music. But it wouldn't have to be an unaccompanied version in the exam. Adapt!!!
